By using Perfect Pasta Portion ("PPP", "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Nature of the Service

PPP is a visual measurement guide that displays reference circles on your phone screen. The App is intended as a helpful tool, not a precision measuring instrument.

3. No Guarantee of Results

PPP is not responsible for the final outcome of any dish you prepare. Cooking results depend on many factors beyond portion size, including ingredients, cooking method, equipment, and personal technique.

4. Serving Sizes Are Approximate

Serving sizes displayed in the App are general guidelines based on average portions. What constitutes a "serving" may vary significantly based on:

• Individual appetite and dietary needs
• Age, activity level, and nutritional requirements
• Cultural and regional differences in portion expectations
• Whether pasta is served as a main course or side dish
• The type and brand of pasta used

5. Measurement Accuracy

While we calibrate measurements for common phone screen sizes, accuracy may vary depending on your device. The App provides estimates, not exact measurements. For precise dietary or nutritional needs, we recommend using a kitchen scale.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPP and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to unsatisfactory meals, wasted ingredients, or dietary miscalculations.

7. Use at Your Own Risk

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You use PPP at your own risk and discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
